Upon completion and submission of this reservation, seller will use reasonable efforts to contact the potential buyer within 24 hours to complete the terms of new home purchase agreement (“Purchase Agreement”) in connection with the above described home (“Home”). This reservation does not constitute an agreement for the purchase of the Home, guarantee the price or availability of the Home or create any rights or obligations whatsoever in connection with the Home, which can only be accomplished through execution by buyer and seller of a binding Purchase Agreement. It is possible that another buyer may execute a Purchase Agreement in connection with the Home. In such event, seller’s representatives will endeavor to suggest an alternative home.
This reservation is void where prohibited by law. Only one reservation is allowed per household and more than one will void all reservations.
