Century Communities Colorado Sets Grand Opening Celebration for Wyndham Hill
Wyndham Hill Readies for grand opening festivities on Saturday, May 5
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.— Century Communities, named Fortune’s 26th Fastest Growing Company for 2017, readies for a grand opening celebration at Wyndham Hill in Frederick. Century Communities will offer 55 homesites in Wyndham Hill, a master planned community developed by Community Development Group. Community Development Group has focused on preserving the historic pattern of Old Town Frederick through integration of trails, open spaces and scenic streetscapes throughout the community.
Century Communities will offer their Century Complete product line featuring eight floor plans. Both ranch and two-story homes will be available to homebuyers. Floor plans range in size from 1,605 square feet to 2,834 finished square feet and include three to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two to three bay garages. Each new home will include a crawl space as well as front yard landscaping with a sprinkler system. Prices for new homes at Wyndham Hill will start in the mid-$300,000’s. The community is conveniently located near I-25 and CO-52 providing easy access to Denver, Boulder and Loveland.

Colorado-based Century Communities has expanded its footprint in the Denver market with land acquisitions in Aurora, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Parker, and Westminster, Colo. In total, Century has added 592 single-family home sites to its Colorado portfolio.
Century Communities will offer 94 three-story, detached condominiums in The Heights community.
These five communities support the area’s demand for high-quality housing, according to Century. The Denver/Aurora/Lakewood submarket ranked 12th on the 2017 Local Leaders list with 5,564 closings last year. Century ranked No. 4 in the market with 661 of those closings, or 7.8%.
