Homebuilders To Deliver 281 Homes in Littleton’s Largest Infill Site

DENVER – Homebuilders Century Communities and Richmond American Homes have purchased 281 homesites in Littleton Village with plans to build a mixture of single-family homes and townhomes. Located on the northeast corner of S. Broadway and E. Dry Creek Road, the highly demanded Littleton Village community represents the largest available infill site within Littleton.

Century Communities, a national homebuilder with communities in Colorado, Georgia, Nevada and Texas, purchased 180 homesites in Littleton Village on December 19. The homebuilder plans to build two styles of townhomes and alley-loaded single-family homes with high quality features and design.

Forty-two of the Century Communities homesites are allotted for two-story single-family homes designed with up to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and two-bay attached garages. Century Communities will also deliver 68 traditional two-story townhomes, each with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. The future homes will offer luxury designs similar to Century Communities’ current houses in local subdivisions, including Bradburn Village in Westminster, Willow Park in Broomfield, Murphy Creek in Aurora and Waterside at Highland Park in Centennial.

Century Communities will also build 70 three-story, urban-style townhomes that will include a contemporary exterior design and two-bay, drive-under garages, similar to the designs in its current Venue at Arista subdivision in Broomfield.

Richmond American Homes of Colorado, an M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. subsidiary, acquired 101 lots in the community with plans to offer single-family homes in six traditional floor plans and three exciting new high-density Cityscape plans.

The traditional homes will include up to six bedrooms and up to approximately 3,000 square feet. The Cityscape homes, which are geared toward buyers seeking a modern, affordable, low-maintenance home near Denver, will include up to three bedrooms and up to approximately 1,750 square feet, with exciting options, like rooftop decks. Every new Richmond American home at Littleton Village will reflect the inspired design, quality craftsmanship and incredible included features for which the company is known.
