Century Communities begins pre-sales in Ladera’s new gated community through July 31

SAN ANTONIO, TX - July 30, 2018Century Communities, recently named the fastest growing public builder by Builder magazine, announced today that new homesites are now available for pre-sales in the highly regarded Ladera community in San Antonio.

As a preferred builder in Ladera’s North Ridge neighborhood, Century Communities is offering affordable and distinctive homes starting in the $270s with sizes ranging from 1,869 to 2,760 square feet and is the only builder in the community offering three-car garages as an included feature in all one- and two-story homes.

Three move-in ready homes are currently available and families can be settled before the school year begins. These three floorplans are on 65-foot-wide homesites ranging from 3-6 bedrooms and feature gourmet kitchens and spacious functional designs.

With a 30- to 60-day closing schedule, families could be living in this amazing community very soon,” said Jason Battistoni, San Antonio division president for Century Communities.

In addition, Century Communities is releasing 40-foot-wide homesites for pre-sale in Ladera’s High Point neighborhood, where homeowners will enjoy scenic views and rolling hills. High Point will feature one- and two-story homes from the high $180s and range from 1,205 to 2,141 square feet. Both North Ridge and High Point homesites are available for pre-sale through July 31 where homebuyers can take advantage of special discounts. Plus, homeowners at Ladera have the added benefit of not having to pay city taxes.  

Ladera is in northwest San Antonio off Highway 211 and Grosenbacher Road. North Ridge is Ladera’s master-planned, environmentally sensitive, first-gated community and is situated on 1,100 acres of rolling hills and creeks. The community is designed to fit harmoniously among diverse geological features, areas of historical significance and is connected to the Lucas Creek Trail System. Ladera offers residents an awe-inspiring amenity center and neighborhood park.

Battistoni said the community prides itself on a “hometown feel” and is close to major employment centers, downtown, golf courses, shopping, medical services, universities, SeaWorld, Medina Lake and Government Canyon State Natural Area.
