*Available on the purchase of a home at select communities on select lots at a Century Communities home pursuant to a contract your buyer signs between 05/04/2020 and 06/10/2020, provided the purchased home closes by 6/30/2020 and is contingent upon closing a non-high balance FHA loan with our affiliated lender, Inspire Home Loans, and a minimum FICO score of 640. Not all applicants will qualify. The new home buyer will be responsible to pay the first three months’ worth of principle and mortgage insurance premium at closing. The seller will pay monthly interest, insurance, property taxes, and HOA dues, if applicable, for the same three months.
