First Time Homebuyer $7500 Tax Credit passes Legislation.
Are you a first time homebuyer? Or have you bought a new home within the the last three years? If so, you may be eligible to receive a tax credit!

A new bill, H.R. 3221, was just signed into law by President Bush. The "Housing and Economic Recovery Act" will allow for a $7500 credit on a purchase of a principal residence on or after April 9, 2008 and before July 1, 2009.
