Century Communities Garners Denver and Colorado New Home Industry MAME Award for Excellence in Residential Architecture

Greenwood Village, Colorado, October 30, 2012 – Century Communities, a locally owned, operated and highly respected Denver homebuilder building single family homes, townhomes and flats in the Denver Metro and Colorado Springs areas, earned a prestigious architectural award at this year’s MAME Awards ceremony held this past Saturday at the Sewell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.  The MAME Awards event is the home building industry’s annual gala to honor top marketing and architectural achievements in the new home industry.  Century Community’s Cedar Ridge plan at their Beacon Point community in Aurora was awarded “Best Architectural Design for a Detached Home in the $450,001 to $500,000” category.

“We are proud of our achievement and are excited to be able to offer award winning architecture to our valued home buyers,” says VP of Sales, Kathy Ellis. “Our floorplans create homes that feel personal before the furniture is even moved in, and our home buyers love that about Century Communities,” adds Ellis.  Century Communities consistently offers a unique and tailored buying experience, in selecting a floorplan, options and finishing touches to create homes with character, livability and architectural distinction.
